Important Announcement!

The 2011 Okie Bichon Bash Initiation and Itinerary October 28-29, 2011

All of our rooms at Post Oak Lodge are currently sold out to Small Pawsers for the 2011 Oklahoma Bash, but we do have a plan "B"!

(Our attendance of people staying overnight at the
lodge is up 25% from last year! Last year we used 23 rooms and this year we already have reservations for 30 rooms! )

If you already have a reservation at Post Oak Lodge, and wouldn't mind sharing your room and splitting the costs, please let us know.
We do have people on a waiting list.

If you are presently holding a room and will not be able to attend, please let the lodge know as soon as you know if you are not able to attend.

Plan "B".

We do have an overflow pet friendly hotel for those who don't already have a reservation at the lodge!

It is the La Quinta East Hotel in Tulsa!

Located at 6030 E Skelly Dr, Tulsa, OK 74135-6406

Phone number for reservations is 1-918-665-2630

We have a block of rooms for Small Paws which will be available to be reserved through October 21, so don't wait past that date to make your reservations!

Rooms are available for Thursday, October 27, Friday, October 28, and Saturday, October 29. We will all be blocked together in the same area of the hotel.

Hurry! There is an Arabian Horse Show in town that weekend, and rooms are selling out!

If you are flying in, you will need to rent a car if you don't stay at Post Oaks Lodge.

The lodge is 20 minutes away from the La Quinta Hotel. (14.52 miles)

The rate at the La Quinta will be a guarantied rate of $80.00, including a hot breakfast.

You may have two dogs in each room with no pet deposit!
(Virtually unheard of, anymore. Pet Deposits in Hotels are becoming the norm!)

We want everyone who wants a room to be able to have one, so hurry!

We really do want you to come!

This is the stuff of which memories are made!

My poor dear Rosie, formerly Small Paws, is So ill. Fever of Unknown Origin.

Prayers for her full recovery and her comfort would be so appreciated!! I took her out of hospital and off IV's yesterday (after being in a week, over $3000) and she is happier at home. Eating but oral antibiotics making her tummy heave.

Thanks to all who have her in their prayers, and appreciate your asking Prayer Warriors to include beautiful Rosie.

Many Thanks, Bonnie

and more than anyone else ever will!)

Humphrey Sisco
Dec 26, 1993~ Aug 30, 2006

When I first saw this beautiful picture of Cheri Sisco's "Humphrey", I thought it was truly the epitome of what we do, and why we do it. I wanted to use this black and white picture of Humphrey, taken only days before his death due to congestive heart failure, to let those who may be new to Small Paws, know what we do and why we do it. Without Small Paws, Humphrey would have never known love. He would have died in a kill shelter, sick and alone. Because of Small Paws, and Cheri Sisco, he lived, he loved, and he smiled.
