Annie has just been spotted, alive and well, on the last hour. She is now dirty, and the leash is gone, but the pink halter is still attached with her tags.

Jim North with EARS just called me and told me that Katy is just on overload and that he is going to need to pull her off of this for a while. She has been like a dog with a bone and is about to drop.

He said they need someone to come down and give her some relief. Someone with ability to make decisions regarding the welfare of this little girl. They need to give Katy some time to rest.

He said he has never seen a dog that is so agile and so fast. He said that if he hadn't seen her in action for himself, he wouldn't have believed it.

If I can get a flight down there, I'm going to meet with the Fish and Wildlife Department to see if Laurie could borrow their dart gun, the one that sends a radio chip attached to the dart.

I really think this is the only way we are going to be able to catch her.

When I told him I would try to get a flight he said that would be the best thing, for me to come on down.

Now, it would be cost prohibitive for me to purchase a ticket without a 14 day advance purchase.

If any of you have milage available, and can purchase a round trip ticket from Tulsa, Oklahoma, (TUL) tomorrow, March 21, returning on March 24 or 25th, to either Tampa (TPA) or preferably, Sarasota, (SRQ) that would be a Godsend for us.

This is a map of the area.

The town is Englewood, FL. which is 37 miles south of Sarasota, Florida, about 45 minutes and it is 87 miles out of Tampa, about 90 minutes, by car.

We need your help if you have airline milage that can be turned into a round trip airline ticket.

The airline we think would be the best would be either Delta or Northwest.

This is a list of everyone who flies in there. You can see that it would take many more hours to get their on American and I need as much daylight as I can get.

Delta has a flight at 6:00A.M. in the morning that arrives in Sarasota at 11: 52 A.M.

Delta Air Lines
Flight 4308 operated by Atlantic Southeast / Flight 960 6:00am
Tulsa, OK (TUL) 11:52am
Sarasota/Bradenton, FL (SRQ) 4hrs 52min - 1 Stop
Change planes in Atlanta, GA (ATL)

Northwest also has a flight that leaves at 6:00 and arrives in there at 1:23.
Northwest Airlines
Flight 2924 operated by Northwest Airlink / Flight 1602 6:00am
Tulsa, OK (TUL) 1:23pm
Sarasota/Bradenton, FL (SRQ) 6hrs 23min - 1 Stop
Change planes in Detroit, MI (DTW)

I'd like to come back as late in the day as possible on Saturday or Sunday, to give me more time out there on the site.

If you can help with this, please call me on my cell phone at 1-918-638-5854.

Again, we need for you to exchange your milage for an actual ticket. The airlines will CHARGE you an arm and a leg to donate the milage to us and let us purchase the ticket. It is really cost prohibitive to do it that way. Again, this is urgent.

Until now, the two groups that are helping us have asked us to let them be in charge and not to have other people coming down there. Now, one of their volunteers is just exhausted and they have asked me to come, and if there is anyway that I can, I'm going to do that. This is why we need your help.

Brant Cramer, one of our Board members, told me this morning to remember Tennessee Tommy. From his mouth to God's ears.

In the past almost 9 years, and in around 6000 rescues, we have had 29 Bichons get away from us. We have recovered 28 of those dogs. Annie, you are going to be number 29, so help me God. All My Love, Robin
