Bungee's Vet Vist to Oklahoma State University

"BUNGEE" Bungee was born on 04/09/00. He is about 10 weeks old. We knew the puppy mill broker rejected him for some reason. I just got the dreaded phone call. He has at LEAST a grade 5 Heart Murmor. We will need to take him to Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine. If he can be helped by a surgery, the surgery would be between $1000-2000.
