The "Cross Country" Babies!
Update: February 25, 2004. All of the puppies have now been adopted!

Thanks to your support, we brought home 35 Bichons from a commercial kennel auction held on November 8, 2003. They will be temporarily named after our fifty United States ...names like...
Hawaii Hannah
Wisconsin Willie

Texas Tommy, etc.
The females are all adopted as are most of the males, but for a limited time, you may apply to adopt the remaining male puppies, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT A GRIEVER, AS WE HAVE MORE PUPPIES THAN WE HAVE GRIEVERS. Hurry if you are interested!

(Our groomer is working overtime here in Tulsa helping us to get these babies groomed before they go to their forever homes. Please forgive them being ungroomed in these photos!)

Many of these babies are 4-5 months old...just becoming ripe for breeding. We saved them from that.
How to Adopt Puppies

There are two large cages, one in front, one in back...

We got one little tiny baby out. He has something wrong with his right eye.

His eye has a birth defect that can thankfully, be surgically repaired. The eyelid is attached to part of the eye, making the eye inflamed and infected. He started on antiinflamitory and antibiotic eye drops last night.

We'll have more pictures of these individual Bichons for you later in the week!

"I've Been Everywhere, Man"
I was totin' my pack along a dusty Winnemucca road
When along came a semi with a high canvas covered load
"If you're going to Winnemucca, Mac with me you can ride."
So I climbed into the cab and then I settled down inside
He asked me if I'd seen a road with so much dust and sand
And I said, [break] "Listen, Bud I've traveled every road in this here
land."

(Chorus)
I've been everywhere, man, I've been everywhere, man
