Gem of the Day:
God Bless the Animals
My pet is gone God. It disappeared and I
don't know what happened to it. Please watch
over my pet because I cannot do it myself.
If my pet is hurt or injured, let it be found
by someone who love animals the way I do.
If it is lost and wandering, help it to find
it's way home. If someone has taken my pet,
for whatever reason, please put into his
or her heart a deep knowing that my pet has
a loving home and truly wants to return to
me. Lift from my heart God, all fear about
the well being of my pet. Help me to know
that all animals are safe in your care wherever
they are and that you are protecting my pet
right now. Lift from my heart also, God,
my need to blame myself or anyone else for
the disappearance of my pet. Even if my pet
never returns to me God, help me to be at
peace, knowing that You will care for my
pet always. Amen.

We have music for you!
We have an urgent stop. drop and pray, prayer
request. One of our puppy mill fosters got
away this morning in Canal Winchester, OH,
a suburb of Columbus, Oh.
This just came in from the Oh. team leaders...
Subj: Summer Simone
Date: 8/21/2006 11:56:16 AM Central Standard
Time
From: KINGSALL3@aol.com
To: Pup3
CC: Fuzzalot, lfausey@columbus.rr.com
I got a call from Julia Lawson...foster mom
(614-595-3882)...about 8:00 this morning
saying that Summer Simone had gotten away.
She said her son ( who is at least 18 I would
say) had "Summer" and their own
dog outside on leashes. They got the leashes
tangled and in a effort to get them untangled
Summer Simone got away. He went after her
but was unable to get her. She is wearing
a red harness with 2 leashes attached. This
location is less than 10 miles from my house,
so I immediately went to help find her. The
area is full of apartments and condos but
is pretty much surrounded by dense soybean
fields :( I searched for over 1 1/2 hours
and didn't spot her. Julia had her dog out
with her and was still searching when I left.
I came home to catch a quick nap (worked
all night) and to make some flyers. I will
go back as soon as I get the fliers made.
Julia was going to go to the Shelter and
file a report...they won't take one over
the phone. I also mentioned phoning local
vets to alert them.>
She is wearing the rabies tag from the Tulsa
Clinic, and they have been alerted.
The "Lost SPR Bichon" protocol has been enacted and we are offering
a $500.00 reward for her return.
Please pray, This is a puppy mill rescue
who is not socialized to people.
Are any of you near there, who could possibly
help with the search? If so, please CALL
one of the Ohio Team Leaders, Linda Fausey
at 614-502-3957, or Sharon King at 614-208-1897,
right away. Thanks so very much. Robin
