Don't be fooled as this looks pretty clean but the picture was taken on a cold day in the dead of winter and the door to inside the trailer was locked so the dogs had to stay outside!

Yes, small dogs are living and breeding in those barrels and boxes! If you have a Pet Shop pup or a rescue, he may have come from a facillity like this.

Many commercial breeders have erected wood fences to hide their cages or keep their "kennels" in a barn or trailer so that they cannot be easily viewed. These pictures of commercial kennels were taken several years ago... The sites could easily be viewed while stopped on a public road.

These are the teeth of a dog from a USDA approved facility... the Tulsa vet just sent this picture. He says these are typical of our rescues from commercial kennels.

And this little rescue who has been bathed three times and shaved down because she was filthy and matted, broke that leg years ago but never received vet care... she was living on wire and couldn't stand up. Our vet removed the useless leg and we are happy to report she has blitzed in her foster home!
