As you know, Winston Beau is in the CACC
in Chicago. (And now Sara just told me there
are already two more. Two one year old females.
A pair that just came in as strays and are
on a stray hold to see if their parents come.
So many times, they do not.)
So, we have the following matching challenges
for Winston Beau.
First from Mike Bush at mbush@flash.net we
have this challenge for $600.00! Is there
anyone who can match Mike? If so that would
make $1200.00! Thank you Mike! Is there anyone
who can match Mike and Cindy?
"Robin,
I'll match the $100.00 challenge for Chicago
boy and issue another challenge for $600.
Let's go get this guy!!
Mike Bush>
And from Joan and Pat Borders, at jpborders@thinklink.com,
we have this challenge for $500.00.
Robin,
Winston or Beau, he looks like pure love
to us. Please issue a challenge for $500.00
from Gizmo. Over 35 years ago she was our
first Bichon. She taught us about love. Godspeed.
Pat>
<And from Anne Conklin at annemconklin@comcast.net,
we have another challenge for $500.00. Thank
you Anne! If someone can match you that is
$1000.00!
Hi Robin.I will issue
a $500.00 matching
challenge for Winston
Beau! Anne>
And from Gisela Towner, at artgoose@yahoo.com,
we have this challenge for $50.00. Thank
you Gisela!
Well, he doesn't look like a Winston or Beau
to me, but he sure looks like my Bugsy! So
from me and Bugsy, please issue a $50 challenge
to save his doppelganger!

So that's where we
are now. We are trying
not to leave anyone
there. My Love, Robin
P.S. If you are in the path of the Hurricane
Florence, let me know. We have Small Pawsers,
inland, willing to take you and your dogs
in.
Kathryn Smith, from New Bern North Carolina,
our Team Leader, has already evacuated with
her dogs, so I am coordinating evacuees with
homes. I'm watching mail every minute. Pray
for these people and the animals which are
going to be affected. Robin

We HAVE to save this
little life. His
time
is UP tomorrow, the
14th. He is at the
CACC
shelter in Chicago.
They ARE having to euthanize due to a lack
of space.
We just can NOT let this baby go down.
We need to raise
$1200-1500.00 to be able
to vet and quarantine
him. I don't know if
he looks like a Winston
or a Beau, but he
looks like he's in
trouble without us.
We have only one
matching donation challenge
today.
It's from Deborah
Berger and her celebrity
Bichon, Boris at
normetski@aol.com.
Robin, Please issue
a challenge for $100.00
from me.
Deborah
So that's where we are. We cant keep taking
them if we can't vet them.
And yet we just can't
leave him.
I woke up at 2 this morning, thinking about
him and praying for him, that funds would
come in to be able to save him. I did not
go back to sleep. I'm truly concerned for
this boy's life.
I know it always
looks like we always make
it in time with funding
for them. It was
a tough summer. We
are still catching up.
We want to go and
grab him.
But we can't do it
without your help.
All My Love, Robin
Mara, age 4 and Lilly, age 6, have now been funded. Thank you all very
much. We had only $100.00 left after funding
them.
