Would you like to leave a legacy gift to
Small Paws® Rescue?
Bequests
You may name Small Paws® Rescue Inc.
as a beneficiary by creating a new will,
adding a codicil to your present will, or
including Small Paws® Rescue in your
revocable trust.
You may name Small Paws® Rescue Inc.
as either a direct beneficiary of a set amount
of money, a specific asset (e.g. 100 shares
of stock), or a percentage of your estate.
A legacy to Small Paws® Rescue may take
different forms, including:
An outright bequest of cash, securities
A beneficiary designation of a life insurance
policy, a bank account, a retirement account
A beneficiary of a living trust, or a testamentary
trust
An individual may designate that a bequest
be used for the general
purposes of Small
Paws Rescue Inc.or
to support a specific
program. The following
is a suggested form
for such a bequest:
"I give and bequeath to Small Paws®
Rescue, a not-for-profit corporation, located
at 3316 S. 72nd. W. Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma,
the sum of $_____, to be used for the rescue
and placement of Bichon Frises."
"This is not intended to be, nor should
it be construed as,
legal advise. You are
encouraged to consult
with an attorney in
your state regarding
the specific legal requirements
and procedures for
making or revising a will."

will or trust, can ensure the care and safety
of Bichons in perpetuity.
