Now is the time to book your spot(s) for
the holiday gift
wrapping at Barnes
&
Noble Bookstores.
They have everything
you
need already set
up so it is very
easy to
do. They let you
bring literature
about SPR
and have a donation
jar. We have done
it
in San Antonio the
last two years and
got
about $150 -$200
in donations (one
year we
also did it at the
Borders). It is a
lot
of fun and a great
way to let the public
know about SPR. This
is something that
even
one person can do,
but the more the
merrier.
It is only for a
few hours. If anybody
has
any questions, let
me know.

Humphrey Sisco
Dec 26, 1993~ Aug 30, 2006
When I first saw this beautiful picture of
Cheri Sisco's "Humphrey",
I thought it was
truly the epitome
of what we do, and
why
we do it. I wanted
to use this black
and
white picture of
Humphrey, taken only
days
before his death
due to congestive
heart
failure, to let those
who may be new to
Small
Paws, know what we
do and why we do
it. Without
Small Paws, Humphrey
would have never
known
love. He would have
died in a kill shelter,
sick and alone. Because
of Small Paws, and
Cheri Sisco, he lived,
he loved, and he
smiled.
